Triple S Farms is owned and operated by Jon and Laura Snow. It was started out of a desire to care for children and animals. Jon and Laura have five boys from 11 all the way to 17. Jon retired in 2019 from the Nelson County Sheriff's Office and began working with the owners of Double H Canine in Louisville KY. Founder and co-owner with his wife LeeAnn, Rich Hardin and Jon worked together in Law Enforcement for many years. Since Jon's retirement, Rich has mentored him in the business of boarding and training dogs. Without Rich and LeeAnn Hardin the dream of Triple S Farms and Boarding would not have happened.
Jon and Laura's passion for animals didn't start when they bought the farm a couple of years ago but having the space to embrace that passion has been empowering. Here at the farm we are blessed to have a wide range of animals but our first love has always been dogs. Jon, Laura and the boys very much enjoy getting to meet and care for new dogs. We treat them all like we would want ours to be treated if we were boarding them.
